Henry Schein One is seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele and forge strong bonds with clients throughout Western Australia. You will be the face of our business in WA and will have the dedication, commitment and sense of urgency to create and execute an effective sales plan.

As a Business Development Specialist in WA, you will report to the Head of Sales APAC and be part of a very strong team. Your role will be highly autonomous, with a high expectation on travel throughout the WA region to ensure appropriate coverage. This is a role where your primary focus will be on hunting new business opportunities and building on already strong market share in WA. You must deliver best practice value-add solutions in a consultative manner, to assist customers to meet their objectives and, as a result, grow our market share. You will foster very close relationships with a number of key opinion leaders within the dental industry and in doing so will promote and uphold the strong values and integrity of the company. Working in line with team and company objectives, you will be responsible for driving increased market share through the development and execution of business strategies based on industry and product knowledge.
